How Have I Never Heard of These?

Today a friend commented on Facebook that her neighbor rang the doorbell and brought her cake pops. How have I never heard of cake pops?

What a great idea. I’m going to make some very soon, and take them to my neighbors.

Those cake pops are so cute. My DD would have loved the Hello Kitty ones when she was younger. Now that she’s a college gal I’m not so sure. =)

They were served at my great-nephew’s 1st birthday a few months ago, several varieties of cake, frosting, and sprinkles. Maybe I’ll make them for my granddaughter’s Juniper’s birthday next month! And Keli, I bet your daughter would LOVE them…..
